The Legend Micky Wernick

Unfortunately, Micky appears to be in his last few weeks of life.

Micky was a British pioneer in poker being one of a few British players that went to USA and played and regularly beat US legends like Doyle Brunson, Stu Ungar, Amarillo Slim, Johnny Chan.

He has a heart of gold and would always help anyone in need whenever he was able to.

I have been visiting him regularly and he try’s to keep his spirits up but its now getting very difficult for him.

His main worry is not his health, he has accepted it, but he worries for his wife and how she will cope financially after he passes.

I am asking everyone in the poker community to do their best and contribute for his lovely wife Dawn as she will have enough on her plate without worrying about losing her home so please contribute anything you can to the GoFundMe page below;
