Lloyd Smith, the Director of Leisure Services at the Fernie Memorial Arena lost his life on Oct. 17, 2017 following a tragic accident.
The Evan Parachoniak Education Fund has been set up for Lloyd Smith's son, Evan, 13, for future education/extra curricular activities.
Lloyd was very proud of Evan, which he shared with his friends and co-workers in the recreation facility family.
Evan is involved in extra-cirricular activities including: hockey, swimming and music. This fund will ensure Evan has accesss to opportunities that allow him to excel, in spite of his father's absence.
We appreciate your ongoing support as Evan and his family continue to mourn the loss of a devoted father, brother and friend.
Lloyd Smith will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
