Our new album The Way We Burn is out!
Do we rest? Do we take a breather? We do not!
Instead, we are excited to announce that we are partnering with ROLA Music to put together Three For Silver's first ever tour of Europe, scheduled for early 2018. ROLA is responsible for bringing such classic Portland acts as Radiation City, Hustle and Drone, and Worth overseas, and it feels like a natural pairing.
In most ways, the timing is perfect: the new album is out, the band is firey , Lucas's newest weirdest bass has been making the rounds...
But, we've also been pushed hard financially this year, paradoxically due to so many of those same positive things: promo for the new album, production for music videos, continually breaking equipment from the non-stop tour grind...
We feel more passionate about The Way We Burn than anything else we've ever created, and want to take every oppurunity we can to try and get us , and it, out into the world.
So, we're turning to you, our fans, to help us get over to Europe for this tour.
We aren't asking you to cover all our costs, this amount of $3,500 is going directly to pay for our tickets and all the extra baggage (zing!) that comes with shipping a band's worth of gear and merch around the world.
We consider ourselves to be a live band, first and foremost, dedicated to being out in the world in front of people, pushing the boundaries of what an acoustic trio can do, and redefining the expecations of audiences.
