Hi friends,
I know many of you have asked how you can donate to me and have asked me to make this page. I appreciate all the support and love you have given me along the way and in watching my journey unfold as I go through my doctoral degree for physical therapy while working at PHP and the Canyon Lake Lighthouse bar, so here we go.
As I’m heading into the next year, I have multiple internships coming up, my first one being in November of this year and the following two internships being the last six months of 2021 before graduation.
With that being said, I’m asking for help. I realize that I’m not alone in this journey and it’s okay to ask for help. Many of you know me well, and I am more of the giving type, so I was hesitant in doing this.
My first internship is 6 weeks and the following two will be 12 weeks long at a time. During this time, travel, housing and all expenses are out of pocket. As a student I am not allowed to work a second job as we will be working 45+ hour weeks unpaid, and it’s against our student policy.
As I prepare for my first clinical experience in Reno, Nevada I am looking at two rent payments, bills, living expenses, and a whole lot of learning!
I am so thankful for these opportunities, the support I have and what my future holds. I can't wait to share with everyone how it goes and everything that I learn.
