Friends and Neighbors of Longview and East TX,
Our fellow Texans need our help. For those of you unable to make it to St. Matthew's Catholic Church, John Paul II Center, to make a donation for the relief effort, please consider a monetary donation using this page. Every dollar collected will go towards purchasing items requested by shelters housing victims of Hurricane Harvey (primarily toiletries, storage bins, and box fans). I will personally take these funds to make the purchases and will update donors about what their generous donations have added to this effort. Once purchased, we will be loading the items along with donated goods into trucks and delivering them to the affected areas, coordinating with local House Rep. Ernest Bailes. Hope you can pitch in to this effort.
