Hello Family and Friends,
This past weekend, the El Segundo Girls Softball 14U team placed 2nd place in the State Championship. Their hard work and determination has earned them a spot in the USA Softball Nationals tournament in Roseville, CA, July 31-Aug 6th. As you can imagine, taking 12 girls to Northern, CA for 7 days is costly. We are reaching out to our wonderful family and friends for donations to offset some of the costs. Let’s face it, the cost of success is not cheap!
The donations will help pay for:
o Lodging
o Food (team meals, snacks, ice etc)
o Travel (gas)
If funds remaining:
o Plaques for each team member
o Jackets for each girl
o Van or RV rental to take girls and coaches to and from games as a team and possibly give the girls a place to get out of the heat and relax between games
We would to collect all donations by July 19th. Thank you for your consideration!
