Please help if you can ...

• In Sept. of 2022 my bank account was hacked for close to $3,000 ~ then twice more, the latest being a week ago. After all this time, less than 1,000 has been replaced.

• My roommate left on Christmas day owing me 4.5 months rent = $4,000

Other than SS, I have no other income.

• About 1+ years ago, I bought a car from Barry's Automotive which, turned out to be a "lemon". This diagnosis was strongly suggested by a good friend, & serious car-guy.

It's a 1907-8 Honda and had a tag on it for $7,000. The interest was off the charts!

This car wasn't road worthy when I bought it ... and now Barry's is out of business. Right now my car is dead ~

• My ground-line phone just died & the new one doesn't work.

• I'm working on getting my SNAP card.

Just when I think I've got a handle on any part of the above, something else happens!

The worst of it is, "... the roommate leaving", without a word, breaking her lease & leaving me with no $ to pay my rent.

I'm digging in - trying to find a new roommate. This is one of the hardest times of the

year to find one but I'm seeking within 5 sources right now.

Time is running out ... right now, I won't have enough to pay March's rent.

Not sure if it makes a difference but I'm 73 and disabled by arthritis pain in hips & back (anxiety doesn't help).
