Emergency surgery for major & fancy

In the early morning hours of June 27th, I woke up to our dogs going crazy, so I immediately get up and run outside to hear one of our dogs baying at something and our pit Major no where in site (not like him at all). I woke my husband up threw on my boots and ran to where our dog was barking, we came up on major being caught on a 275-300# boar hog with some devastating cutters on him. My husband grabbed the hog by the back leg and as the hog tried to go after him Major fought him around to get him away from my husband, so I jumped the fence with the knife to kill the hog so no one else got hurt, and as soon as we did we rushed our dogs to the burnet vet clinic. Major was in shock upon arrival and a gaping 10-12 inch long cut from his shoulder down his neck and you could see all the muscle is torn on the inside. He won't be able to have surgery until he is stable but he did get pain meds and he is on fluids for the time being. Fancy our black mouth cur who major jumped the fence to go help is stable enough to have surgery in the morning. She will more than likely have a drain tube put in on her right shoulder.
We would never ever ask for help unless it was something very important and our dogs are our family. Major is my husband's best friend, my 14 month old son and my 12 year old daughters best friend as well, major loves to go swimming with the kids and always watches over all of us. Fancy is my 9 year old daughters dog and such a kind and playful girl. Please if you can't donate then please pray for our dogs especially major. That's all we ask.
