wat als dit jou zou overkomen?!! Mijn naam is Francis Graves. Ik ben de vriendin van Clarance. Samen hebben wij deze brief opgesteld in de hoop dat er spoedig hulp komt. Wij proberen er alles aan te doen dat we niet op straat komen te staan.
Als Clarance niet in aanmerking komt voor (herstel) WIA, dan wie in hemelsnaam wel? We hopen dat de media dit willen oppakken.
Sinds 2018, 22 december vecht Clarance terwijl hij ernstig ziek, bedlegerig is, veel pijn heeft, voor herstel van zijn WIA dat onterecht is gestopt door het Uwv. In plaats van dat het UWV juist behulpzaam zou moeten zijn, drukken deze mensen je nog dieper in de put.
Clarance is uitbehandeld verklaard door de doktoren na een mislukte rugprothese operatie.Volledig afgekeurd sinds 2012 vanwege mislukte rugprothese operatie.Verhuist naar Su met behoud van WIA vanwege o.a. beter weersklimaat. Uwv laat heronderzoeken doen. Het uwv vind na hun onderzoek in 2018 tot ieders verbazing dat er geen verslechtering in zijn gezondheidssituatie is gekomen, dat hij gewoon kan werken. Hoe is het toch mogelijk zeg. Zonder hem zelfs gezien te hebben heeft het UWV hem zelfs beoordeeld. Hij kan zijn huisje al niet eens meer eens uit sinds een paar jaar en is aan bed gekluisterd. Het is zo vreselijk onmenselijk om dit als zijn vriendin mee te moeten maken, je staat zo hulpeloos. Als Clarance geen recht heeft op WIA, wie dan in hemelsnaam wel?
Na eigen onderzoek omdat er hogerberoep is aangetekend tegen de beslissing van het uwv, door een team van specialisten is echter anders gebleken.
- chronisch invaliderende HNP door mislukte rugprothese operatie (2011)
- Ulnaris neuropathie
- Tremoren (hoofd,armen,handen)
- Malaise met forse lymfeklieren
- Neurologische gewrichtspijnen
- Vitamine D deficiëntie + B12 def.
- EEG hersenen onregelmatig, fronto centraal spreiden naar achter, lichte hypofunctionele afwijking in samenhang met corticale funktiestoornis
- Latente Autoimuunziekte SLE
- Dyslipidemi
- Neurogene blaas
Clarance kan inmiddels niet meer lopen, in zijn rolstoel zitten lukt hem ook niet meer. Hij is nu ongeveer al 2 jaar bedlegerig, heeft geen WIA sinds 22 december 2018 waardoor hij zijn huur en medicijnen ook niet meer kan betalen. Door giften hebben het zo lang kunnen volhouden. Na zoveel rechtzaken te hebben gehad heeft hij nu wel de eerste stap van de voorlopige voorziening gewonnen maar echter doet het Uwv niet wat het moet doen waardoor Clarance nog langer in deze absurde rechtszaak verwikkeld is. Hij moet nu wederom weer wachten op de behandeling van de voorlopige voorziening en het Hogerberoep. Dit kan ivm met Corona nog wel weer langer dan een halfjaar duren. Omdat hij al zo ernstig ziek is en veel pijnmedicatie moet slikken is er financiële hulp nodig om de aankomende tijd door te komen zodat hij niet op straat komt te staan en hij ook de dringend nodige pijnmedicatie kan kopen. O.a:
- Morfine 30mg 2 x daags
- Prednison 40 mg daags
- Hydroxyquine 200 mg 2 x daags
- Amytriptilne
- Carbamacepine
- Omeprasol 40 mg daags
Met een hartgrondige dank voor alle hulp die we tot nu toe hebben ontvangen. Met jullie hulp kunnen we er mede voor zorgen dat opgeven geen optie is.

Since 2018, December 22, Clarance has been fighting while he is seriously ill, bedridden, in a lot of pain, for recovery from his WIA that was unjustly stopped by the Uwv. Instead of the UWV supposed to be helpful, these people push you even deeper into the pit.
Clarance has been declared out of treatment by the doctors after a failed back prosthesis operation. Completely rejected since 2012 because of failed back prosthesis surgery. Clarance can no longer walk, he is no longer able to sit in his wheelchair. He has been bedridden for about 2 years now, has no money from WIA Health benefit since December 22, 2018, which means he can no longer pay his rent and medicines. After having had so many lawsuits, he has now won the first step of the preliminary injunction, but the Uwv does not do what it should do, which means that Clarance is involved in this absurd lawsuit even longer. He now has to wait again for the hearing of the preliminary injunction and the appeal. Due to Corona, this can take longer than six months. Because he is already so seriously ill and has to take a lot of pain medication, financial help is needed to get through the coming time so that he does not end up on the street and he can also buy the urgently needed pain medication. a.o.:

We are looking for support for the next 6 months because this is very heavy, painful and inhumane for Clarance. He is holding on so incredibly strong, but in the meantime I see how much pain he has every day. I'm really so sad about this. We are trying to get through it, but with your help it will be a lot easier.
