Erika Chorak Medical Leave

Erika and Justin have recently ran into financial difficulties due to medical problems with Erika's heart. Erika has been in the hospital for over a week now and medical bills are adding up, along with bills from home. Erika is now out of work and has no insurance. She is in the service industry which provides no insurance and as she sits in the hospital bed, money (tips) can not be made. Justin is having to take care of all 4 children along with balancing work and taking care of getting to and from hospital to be with the love of his life. They are amazing people and those of you that know Erika, knows that she doesn't always have the best of luck. She is not asking me to do this, but with the situation at hand, I know as a friend they are in need!!! Please help in anyway possible!!! They just need a break.
