Keenan a 21 year
veteran of the Brighton Police Department, was the founder of the Swat team in Brighton. He is a Koga and firearms instructor. He was diagnosed with cancer back in November of 2017, just a month after marrying the love of his life. He was in and out of the emergency room numerous times, with three ICU stays. He was off work for five months and lost 42lbs. Everyone thought they would loose Keenan to his battle, but he proved to be a fighter and beat his cancer.
Now it is time to see if the cancer has truly vacated his body, unfortunately Keenan's insurance doesn't cover his PET scan and as always its a pricey bill. Keenan is a hero in blue, a protector of our communities and children. He is a wonderful father and husband. We are asking to return the favor to this amazing Police Officer and are asking for donations. We don't want to wait till he is sick again before finding out that the cancer has returned. We feel he should have a fighting chance if in fact it has returned.
He has dedicated his life to being a public servant and helping others. He has gone through quite a battle to find out that he wouldn't be able to discover if the battle is over or not, cause of costs.
