Eric Knotts was a father, a son, and a brother. He was a nephew, a cousin, and a friend. And sadly, I am writing this today to let you know about our loss of this kind soul.
Tragedy took him from us on March 23rd, just weeks after his 30th birthday. It’s so simple to imagine being prepared for events like this – the reality is that few of us really are. Not emotionally, and not financially. And now, as we struggle to comprehend and accept what’s happened, we also are struggling to find the necessary funds to bury our sweet boy.
Eric is leaving behind not just a host of family and friends who love him still, but 4 impressionable, young children – Haliey, 14, Carmen, 10, Sean, 6, and Caleb, 4. He also leaves a final display of love and humanity for each of us as he generously donates any viable organs and tissues for other misfortunate souls whose lives may be enhanced, unburdened, or even saved by his gifts.
If you find it possible to make a donation yourself, you may rest assured that every dollar collected for this campaign will be spent gratefully on Eric’s final expenses. We are so very thankful for every gift of money or prayer during this difficult time.
