Eric Davis dying wish trip fund

Eric Davis 41 year old father of 4 was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer November 2018. After a colon surgery, months of chemo and a failed debulking surgery, the cancer has spread throughout his stomach, into his spleen and small intestine. He has been given less than a year to live. We are working on Hospice options to keep him comfortable. He wants to visit Salt Lake City, Utah and go to the temple there as a family before he passes away. We are a family of 6 and can not afford to fly out there. He will have a very hard time driving out there. Plane tickets for our family round trip would be just over $3000. We have a wonderful family we will stay with there. I want to make this trip possible for him and hopefully keep him comfortable. This will be our last vacation as a full family and I want to make it a memorable one for our children. Thank you for anything you are willing to contribute to make his dying wish possible. Update: Upon checking flight costs since it is peak time it will be closer to $3,500. The rental vehicle big enough for our family costs more than I expected too. I am so grateful and amazed at all that we have been given already.
