Erasmus Moyo's Medical Expenses

I am trying help raise some money for my Cousin Erasmus. He was diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer stage 4 and some tumors on both Kidneys towards end of June 2017. He doesn't have health insurance and have not been working for a few months due to illness. He is the breadwinner, so he needs some help with expenses like rent, utilities, food, transportation to Chemotherapy and Doctor's appts and medications. He will be having Chemotherapy once every 2 weeks for 6 months, then he will have Surgery to remove the Colon Cancer. He also has a son with Sickle Cell Anaemia who has been hospitalized quite often. The Kidneys will be dealt with once the Colon cancer is under control. There are more tests that will be done for the Kidney tumors. Your help is greatly appreciated.
