Erana & Carlton’s flood disaster

On Sunday 27th of February Carlton & myself experienced extreme flooding to our property in South-east Queensland. With water reaching above 6ft on the bottom floor of our rental property, everything was lost. Not only our sentimental items that can never be regained, but also all of our furniture, electronics, fridge, shelving, clothing and other personal items. We are 21 & 22 years old and both work casual jobs which has also been affected this following week. We have both lost an unbelievable amount of personal business items (at home salon items and laptops/hard drives) which has taken us an extreme amount of time and money to accumulate. We have had to evacuate our house taking the few things we could salvage and stay at alternate housing with our families. We hate that we have had to come to this point but we are ultimately left with very little to our names. Anything offered will be extremely cherished we will be beyond thankful. We are already filled with gratitude for all the lovely messages and support we have received from each and every one of you. We cannot thank you enough
