COVID 19 Masks for Essential Workers

We all have a COVID-19 story to share. Ours is about an immediate family member residing in a hot spot state in the US, is positive for COVID-19, and is fighting for his life on a ventilator in the ICU.  We want the stories to come to be positive ones. In addition to complying with all health recommendations, including social distancing, we want to produce and donate 10000 masks for our essential workers. This is our little way of preventing the spread of COVID-19.
 
There is currently a shortage of masks and other PPE. There is now a more than ever need for the masks we want to produce and donate.
 
We have the necessary resources in place to manufacture and distribute these masks locally as illustrated in the images attached. Due to COVID-19 and the obvious increase in demand of these masks, the raw material, specifically melt blown non-woven fabric has now significantly surged. We need the raw material to facilitate our goal to produce a million masks for our essential workers in Canada and US.
 
We have an urgency in obtaining our melt blown non-woven fabric because the prices continue to increase daily. Specifically, in the last two days the prices have increased by approximately 30% - this is significant. We ask for your help to achieve our goal to produce a million masks for those who put their lives in danger every day taking care of us.
