Please Help Greg

This is Greg. For the past week or so he has had some sort of irritation on his tail. I put a cone on him but he was still able to bother his tail. So, I bought a bigger one. Same results. Last night I woke up to a bloody nightmare. He had somehow found a way to irritate the tail again. The vet told me that he will probably need to get his tail amputated. The amputation could cost anywhere from $3,000 to $4,000. I am a broke college student who is in need of financial assistance. Please, please help even if its just $1. Please be the answer to my prayers.
