Dara was diagnosed with Medullary Thyroid Cancer back in 2008. Multiple surgeries since then she's still fighting the fight, and her battle is far from over.
The medical costs associated with fighting this rare form of cancer are rough to say the least. Regular CT, and bone scans, expensive medications, supplements, future surgeries, possible medical related travel etc. It's unbelievable.
Dara is a loving mother of two great kids, and the pillar of the family. We want to give her all the help she needs while she battles this crazy disease. Sometimes " it takes a village."
