We are swimming the English Channel as a 4 person relay on the 19th September 2017.
Frank Kilganon, Sue Marsh, Stephne Douglas and Nick Howard.
We are training hard and have been practicing longer distances and spending just over 2 hrs in the water at a time.
We are partaking in a night swim the distance of the channel for some important preparation work, 17th June.
We are raising funds for Olivia Alice Foundation and Cancer Research.
We have very kindly been sponsored clothing and safety equipment by OLIVER VALVES and AWSOME WALLS CLIMBING CENTRES.
