END-O the Line

It's the End-o the line for my endo. I have decided to take the plunge and head to Atlanta's Center for Endometriosis Care to receive care from the best doctors out there. I am grateful to say I have been accepted as a patient for surgery and will be having an excision of all endometriosis tissue and a hysterectomy *on September 12th*. Endometriosis effects 1 in 10'women and can be dibillitating, I have suffered with diagnosed endo for almost 8 years and already endured 2 major surgeries. It has not been an easy road to this point, and there's more hard work to come.  My treatment will be partially covered by insurance, but a substantial amount including travel, lodging, and some medical costs will not be.   There is an upfront payment of $7000 that I must cover. I have already been and will be missing more work as my journey continues. I'm not really sure what I'm expecting from this campaign, but it can't hurt to try especially when every little bit will help.
