Employees and Rebuilding Papa Murphy’s Lake City

A devastating fire tore through the strip mall where our Papa Murphy’s was located in Seattle on the evening of December 28, 2020. The entire complex was destroyed and displaced our hard-working team of 9 staff members. Ben and I have the resolve to rebuild, but our immediate focus lies in taking care of our now unemployed staff. The unexpected loss of employment during the holiday season places them in a difficult financial situation and we are seeking your assistance. This GoFundMe is established to help these beloved members of our Lake City community and their families. A small percentage of the money raised will go towards rebuilding as we expect delays with insurance and the investigation. However, the majority of the money will go towards supporting our staff as they remain our top concern. Ben and I have owned this location for 14 years.
