Emmy's van

Our vehicle we use for transporting our daughter, Emmalina, was involved in a hit and run accident. The driver fled the scene and is yet to be caught. She has cerebral palsy and is unable to walk and desperately needs a vehicle for medical purposes. I also need the vehicle to work.
