Milestone Family,

Our own Inside Channel Manager, Joe Monaco, and his wife Nikki, have been caring for their sick baby boy for a full year now. After a year of tests, nearing the age of 2, Emmett Cooper Monaco, was diagnosed with Krabbe disease on January 25, 2018. Krabbe (crab-bay) is a rare genetic disorder that affects nerve health. It's a progressive fatal disease which does not have a cure at this point. On February 13, 2018, Joe & Nikki found out that Emmett's condition is progressing aggressively. Emmett will not be able to walk, crawl, sit up on his own, or eat. They've been given 1-6 years. In the next 3-6 months the doctor predicted he will loose his eyesight and then a year later his hearing. The family is still praying for a miracle and cherishing every moment they have with Emmett.

The medical costs of caring for a child with this disease is well beyond anything insurance will pay.  That is assuming insurance will pay several hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. I want to provide a way for us all to help support Joe & Nikki if you're able.
