Emmanuel Gamez

The Gamez family was blessed with a baby girl on July 4th, 2017, Miranda was the name given to this special gift from God. Everything seemed to be going well until things took a turn on Saturday, July 8th, 2017. At only 4 days old, Miranda had to be rushed to the Hospital in El Paso, Texas as she had experience a sudden drop in her body temperature. The doctors at the hospital were able to stabilize her, but she had to be flown to Ft. Worth, Texas for further testing and treatment. The doctors at the Cook Children Hospital, were able to further stabilize Miranda and conducted several tests in order to find out what exactly was wrong. On July 13, 2017, Miranda was diagnosed with Propionic Acidemia, a metabolic disorder. In order to extend her life expectancy, Miranda will need a liver transplant and for this she will need to be in the hospital until she is 6 months old. We are asking for prayers and donations for this family in need.
