Emma Gavino Blanco Memorial College Fund for Girls

We are setting up this GoFundMe fundraiser to honor Emma’s memory and to assist with the financial burden of sending her two incredible daughters; Ella and Alexa to college.

At the tender age of 13 and 11, Ella and Alexa lost their mom battling metastatic breast cancer on November 11.

Emma sat on the board for the New Haven School foundation which they are renaming a scholarship in honor of her memory.  She was a valued writer for a local newspaper where she was a cherished member of the community.  Emma was also very involved in the girls’ schools where she was adored by many!

Emma had a passion for life that was evident in all she did and to all she crossed paths with.  When it came to her family and friends, Emma was always supportive, willing to listen, and available to offer her words of wisdom.  Emma is missed by many!
