A young lady named Emily started Priceless Moments several years ago as a high school Freshman in Middletown, Delaware. Emily, her family, and group of friends/volunteers and a community business partner arranged events and provided hundreds of special occasion dresses to local young ladies who needed a dress for Homecoming, Prom or other Occasions for Free. She also had begin to include suits and tuxedos for gentlemen in need.
Emily is ready to turn the reigns over to someone else to continue this great cause. My daughter wants to take the reigns from Emily to continue this wonderful project and make young ladies and gentlemen feel special.
We need your help. We need funding for climate-controlled storage for the dresses (storage is $167 per month), stock replenishment of much needed larger and plus sized dresses, suits and tuxedos, shoes and accessories, development of a non-profit, and other expenses.
We also need community members and local partners willing to donate space for events, dress donations, suit/tuxedo donations, hair and makeup services, limousine companies etc. in order to truly make this a "one-stop shop" special event service for those young ladies and gentlemen in need. Donations of new or gently used items are also appreciated.
Please help us continue to make dreams come true for the young ladies and gentlemen of Delaware who are in need of a little assistance to make their Proms and other Special Occasion dances magical.
