Hello my Friendly Friends and Fam!
I have A LOT of pride, and would never normally do this….But our health care system is shit - and because of a drunk lower east side bloke, I got in a gnarly bike accident on August 16th this summer and now have $18,000 in hospital bills, which on top of this global pandemic is just the worst.
I know times are tough for most everyone if you’re able - No amount is ‘too little’, every dollar is appreciated. $10 makes it easier for me to pay this off, it takes a village to raise a gofundme.
WHAT HAPPENED:
I was biking to grab a last-minute need for a 3x day campaign shoot the next day. I was not even 2 blocks from my house, When a drunk man abruptly inserted himself into the bike lane on Allen and Hester. I went to break but my pedal hit a puddle - and I used my arm as a shield and fell into this lovely spikey 5-foot long fence which serves no purpose. I had 3 x-rays done and a 1 hour MRI as they were concerned I damaged the muscle. After 12 hours of sitting there - the MRI confirmed I was okay to close up after some Physical Therapy. I got 2 layers of stitches, in total 10 stitches.

I am a freelance artist, stylist, and designer and live day to day off projects that pay rent and feed my soul. Everything goes back into my work.
