As some of you may know, 5 years ago my mother passed away with no will and our home solely in her name. She also had a Reverse Mtg that was in her name.I could not be included in this loan as I was not 62 at the time.
My brother and I have lived in the house the whole time paying all taxes, water, heating and everything else that goes with owning a home.
Being that I cannot afford to buy the home nor sell it (as the house is not in my name) the bank has decided to auction it off last week. Although it did not sell the back has informed me today that they would like me to vacate the premises in 10 days. I explained to their rep. that it was not possible because I would be homeless with nowhere to go nor do I have any money to move.
I am once again asking your help as I would need financial help in getting an apartment, paying security and moving otherwise I will be on the street living in shelters.
As usual, I would not be able to do this without your help. Remember no donation is to small. I remain grateful for your help.
