“Curare” indica il processo di diagnosi e scelta del percorso terapeutico idoneo per guarire una persona, “prendersi cura” introduce in questo processo la dimensione della relazionalità.
Allora il curare una malattia diventa prendersi cura di una persona, che in quel momento richiede aiuto.
Due anni fa ho chiesto aiuto al Prof. Piero Ruggenenti, oggi Direttore del Reparto di Nefrologia dell'Ospedale di Bergamo, per la grave patologia renale di cui mio padre era affetto, denominata glomerulonefrite membranosa.
Con il Prof. Ruggenenti ho dialogato a distanza e subito ho trovato un uomo di scienza e di sentimento, pronto ad instaurare una relazione di aiuto.
Oggi mio padre è sensibilmente migliorato grazie all’importante ricerca condotta dal Prof. Ruggenenti, con tutti i collaboratori della Nefrologia e dal Prof. Remuzzi coi Ricercatori dell’Istituto di Ricerche Farmacologiche Mario Negri IRCCS, che hanno elaborato nuove terapie sicure ed efficaci per il trattamento di queste patologie.
In tempi difficili come questi dovuti al Coronavirus, raccogliamo fondi per chi lo combatte con il cuore.
Diamo il nostro supporto al Reparto di Nefrologia dell’Ospedale di Bergamo, al fine di supportare progetti di ricerca atti a migliorare le cure di pazienti affetti da malattie renali e, in questo momento così drammatico, da grave polmonite da Covid-19 con complicazioni renali che possono richiedere la dialisi, e all’Istituto di Ricerche Farmacologiche Mario Negri IRCCS per finanziare le 4 linee di ricerca per la terapia contro il Covid-19.

“The human being is fragile and vulnerable and lives in a caring relationship in every moment of his life. In this sense, care is at the basis of any human relationship, it is the real essence of our existence."
This quote is taken from the book Ethical Issues in Caregiving. Biopolitical context and care relationship by Monia Andreani (Carocci, 2017).
"To cure" includes the diagnosis process and the choice of the appropriate therapeutic path to heal a person while "to take care" introduces the value of the human relationship in this process. Therefore, curing a disease becomes taking care of someone which in that moment needs help.
Two years ago I asked Prof. Piero Ruggenenti, who is cureently the Director of the Nephrology Department of Bergamo Hospital, for help as my father was affected by a serious kidney disease known as membranous glomerulonephritis.
I kept in touch with Prof. Ruggenenti only by email and phone and I immediately found a warm-hearted man of science, ready to establish a scientific as well as human relationship.
Today my father’s health has significantly improved thanks to the important research by Prof. Ruggenenti and Prof. Remuzzi, along with all the collaborators at the Nephrology Department and the researchers at the Mario Negri Institute for Pharmacological Research IRCCS, who have developed new safe and effective therapies for the treatment of these deseases.
The Coronavirus is giving us tough times, let’s raise funds for those who work with passionate heart against it. Let’s support in this way the activity of Nephrology Department of Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bergamo and the 4 different researches against Covid-19 of Mario Negri Institute IRCCS.

私の父は膜性糸球体腎炎と呼ばれる重い腎臓の病気に冒されており、私は2年前、現在はパパ・
ジョバンニ２３世病院腎臓科科長を務めておられるピエロ・ルッジェネンティ教授に助けを
求めました。
メールや電話でルッジェネンティ教授と連絡を取り合った時、私はすぐに、先生が科学者である
とともに愛情に溢れ、患者を助けるための関係性がすぐにでも築ける方だと分かりました。

Hablé con el profesor Ruggenenti a distancia e inmediatamente encontré un hombre de ciencia y sentimiento, listo para establecer una relación de ayuda.
Hoy mi padre ha mejorado significativamente gracias a la investigación autorizada realizada por el Prof. Ruggenenti, Prof. Remuzzi, por todos los colaboradores de Nefrología del Hospital de Bérgamo y por los investigadores del Instituto de Investigación Farmacológica Mario Negri, que han desarrollado nuevos terapias seguras y efectivas para el tratamiento de estas patologías.
En tiempos difíciles como estos debido al Coronavirus, recaudamos fondos para aquellos que luchan con el corazón . “Qënia njerëzore është e brishtë dhe e cënueshme dhe jeton në një marrëdhënie të kujdesshme në çdo moment të jetës. Në këtë kuptim, kujdesi është pika fillestare e njerëzimit tonë, vetë mundësia e ekzistencës”.
Citim i marrë nga libri i Monia Andreani, Çështje etike për përkujdesin. Konteksti biopolitik dhe marrëdhënia e kujdesit (Carocci,2017).
"Të Shërosh" përcakton proçesin e diagnostikimit dhe zgjedhjen e rrugës së duhur terapeutike për të shëruar një person, "të kujdesesh" paraqet dimensionin e marrëdhënies në këtë proçes. Dy vjet më parë i kërkova ndihmë Prof. Piero Ruggenti, sot Drejtori i Departamentit të Nefrologjisë në Spitalin e Bergamos, për shkak të një sëmundje të rëndë të veshkave që im atë u prek, e quajtur Glomerulonefriti membranor.
Në ditën e sotme, shëndeti i babait tim është përmirësuar ndjeshëm falë hulumtimit profesional të kryer nga Prof. Ruggenenti dhe Prof. Remuzzi, të gjithë bashkëpunëtorët e Nefrologjisë dhe Institutit Mario Negri IRCCS për Kërkime Farmakologjike, të cilet kanë zhvilluar terapi të reja, të sigurta dhe efektive për trajtimin e këtyre patologjive.
Kam biseduar me Prof. Ruggenenti në distancë dhe menjëherë gjeta një person të shkencës dhe ndjenjës, i gatshëm për të themeluar një marrëdhënie ndihmuese.
Coronavirus po bën që të kalojmë kohë tepër të vështira, keshtuqë le të mbledhim fonde për ata që punojnë me gjith zemër dhe pasion kundër tij. Il y a deux ans, j'ai demandé de l'aide au professeur Piero Ruggenenti, aujourd'hui Directeur du service de néphrologie de l'hôpital de Bergame pour la grave maladie rénale dont mon père était atteint, appelée glomérulonéphrite membraneuse.
J'ai parlé avec le professeur Ruggenenti à distance et aussitôt j'ai trouvé un homme de science et de sentiment, prêt à établir une relation d'aide.
Aujourd'hui mon père s'est considérablement amélioré, grâce à la contribution officielle du Professeur
Ruggenenti, du Professour Remuzzi, de tous ses collaborateurs de Néphrologie et Rechercheurs de l'Institut de recherche pharmacologique Mario Negri, visant à développer de nouvelles thérapies sûr et efficace pour le traitement de ces pathologies.

„Heilen“ umfasst den Prozess der Diagnose und die Auswahl des geeigneten therapeutischen Weges um eine Person zu heilen. Allerdings macht erst die Kombination aus medizinischer Therapie und fürsorglicher Zuwendung die Heilung einer erkrankten Person möglich.
Vor zwei Jahren habe ich Herrn Professor Piero Ruggenenti, heute Direktor der Abteilung für Nephrologie des Krankenhauses in Bergamo, wegen einer schwere Nierenerkrankung meines Vaters (membranöse Glomerulonephritis) um Hilfe gebeten.
Heute hat sich die Gesundheit meines Vaters dank der maßgeblichen Forschung von Prof. Ruggenenti, allen Mitarbeitern der Nephrologie und des Mario Negri IRCCS-Instituts, deren Forschung zu neuartigen, sicheren und effektiven Therapien führte, erheblich verbessert.

Të bashkuar kundër Coronavirus Për Departamentin e Nefrologjisë Giovanni XXIII të spitalit të Bergamos dhe Institutit Mario Negri IRCCS për Kërkime Farmakologjike.
“Qënia njerëzore është e brishtë dhe e cënueshme dhe jeton në një marrëdhënie të kujdesshme në çdo moment të jetës. Në këtë kuptim, kujdesi është pika fillestare e njerëzimit tonë, vetë mundësia e ekzistencës”.
Citim i marrë nga libri i Monia Andreani, Çështje etike për përkujdesin. Konteksti biopolitik dhe marrëdhënia e kujdesit (Carocci,2017).
"Të Shërosh" përcakton proçesin e diagnostikimit dhe zgjedhjen e rrugës së duhur terapeutike për të shëruar një person, "të kujdesesh" paraqet dimensionin e marrëdhënies në këtë proçes. Si rrjedhojë, të shërosh një sëmundje do të thotë të kujdesesh për një person, i cili në atë moment i nevojitet ndihma.
Dy vjet më parë i kërkova ndihmë Prof. Piero Ruggenti, sot Drejtori i Departamentit të Nefrologjisë në Spitalin e Bergamos, për shkak të një sëmundje të rëndë të veshkave që im atë u prek, e quajtur Glomerulonefriti membranor.
Në ditën e sotme, shëndeti i babait tim është përmirësuar ndjeshëm falë hulumtimit profesional të kryer nga Prof. Ruggenenti dhe Prof. Remuzzi, të gjithë bashkëpunëtorët e Nefrologjisë dhe Institutit Mario Negri IRCCS për Kërkime Farmakologjike, të cilet kanë zhvilluar terapi të reja, të sigurta dhe efektive për trajtimin e këtyre patologjive.
Kam biseduar me Prof. Ruggenenti në distancë dhe menjëherë gjeta një person të shkencës dhe ndjenjës, i gatshëm për të themeluar një marrëdhënie ndihmuese.
Coronavirus po bën që të kalojmë kohë tepër të vështira, keshtuqë le të mbledhim fonde për ata që punojnë me gjith zemër dhe pasion kundër tij. Le të mbeshtesim në këtë mënyrë veprimtarinë e Departamentit të Nefrologjisë të Spitalit Giovanni XXIII në Bergamo dhe 4 hulumtimet e ndryshme kundër Covid-19 që po kryhen nga Instituti IRCCS Mario Negri.
Edhe një kontribut i vogël mund të bëjë një ndryshim të madh.

Cette citation est tirée du livre Questions éthiques dans la prestation de soins. Rapport sur le contexte biopolitique et les soins par Monia Andreani (Carocci, 2017).
"Cure" indique le processus de diagnostic et en choisissant la voie thérapeutique appropriée pour guérir une personne, “prendre soin” introduit la dimension de la relationnalité dans ce processus.
Il y a deux ans, j'ai demandé de l'aide au professeur Piero Ruggenenti, aujourd'hui Directeur du service de néphrologie de l'hôpital de Bergame pour la grave maladie rénale dont mon père était atteint, appelée glomérulonéphrite membraneuse.
J'ai parlé avec le professeur Ruggenenti à distance et aussitôt j'ai trouvé un homme de science et de sentiment, prêt à établir une relation d'aide.
Aujourd'hui mon père s'est considérablement amélioré, grâce à la contribution officielle du Professeur
Ruggenenti, du Professour Remuzzi, de tous ses collaborateurs de Néphrologie et Rechercheurs de l'Institut de recherche pharmacologique Mario Negri, visant à développer de nouvelles thérapies sûr et efficace pour le traitement de ces pathologies.
Dans des moments difficiles comme ceux-ci dus au coronavirus, nous collectons des fonds pour ceux qui le combattent avec le cœur. Nous apportons notre soutien au Département de Néphrologie de l'Hôpital de Bergame et à l'Institut Mario de Recherche Pharmacologique Negri pour financer les 4 axes de recherche pour la thérapie contre Covid-19.

Dieses Zitat stammt aus dem Buch "Ethical Issues in Caregiving. Biopolitischer Kontext und Pflegebericht" von Monia Andreani (Carocci, 2017).
„Heilen“ umfasst den Prozess der Diagnose und die Auswahl des geeigneten therapeutischen Weges um eine Person zu heilen. Allerdings macht erst die Kombination aus medizinischer Therapie und fürsorglicher Zuwendung die Heilung einer erkrankten Person möglich.
Vor zwei Jahren habe ich Herrn Professor Piero Ruggenenti, heute Direktor der Abteilung für Nephrologie des Krankenhauses in Bergamo, wegen einer schwere Nierenerkrankung meines Vaters (membranöse Glomerulonephritis) um Hilfe gebeten.
Heute hat sich die Gesundheit meines Vaters dank der maßgeblichen Forschung von Prof. Ruggenenti, allen Mitarbeitern der Nephrologie und des Mario Negri IRCCS-Instituts, deren Forschung zu neuartigen, sicheren und effektiven Therapien führte, erheblich verbessert.
Ich habe Professor Ruggenenti als einen warmherzigen Mann der Wissenschaft kennengelernt.
Gegenwärtig stellt uns das Corona-Virus vor große Herausforderungen. Lasst uns Spenden sammeln für diejenigen, die mit viel Einsatz und Herz tagtäglich dafür kämpfen, dass wir diesem Virus schon bald etwas entgegenzusetzen haben. Unterstützen wir gemeinsam die Forscher des Krankenhauses in Bergamo.
