Emergency surgery for my Best Friend Buddy

This is our dog buddy. We got him as a rescue dog 5 years ago. Buddy came to us from the floods in Texas he’s a Canine Pointer mix. We fell in love with him and likewise from the moment we met. Buddy has been protector and playmate. He is a sweet boy and we are lucky to have him in our family. Buddy recently was hobbling around the house so we took him to the vet where they did a bunch of tests on him. We were devastated when we were told he needs a double hip replacement because his hips will not stay in place. Buddy needs to have surgery as soon as possible and as you can imagine we don’t just have $3,000 dollars just lying around. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
