Emergency Repairs for Church

As a result of floods that happened between 20-24 March this year, our Parish of the Protection of the Mother of God sustained damage. The area around the parish was flooded and the church building was considerably damaged by rising waters. As a result, the church foundation began to move and cracks appeared in the walls. Now the tilt of the building forward and from the left side of the alter is especially noticeable.

In these circumstances, the church building requires urgent repairs.

The church appealed to the insurance company but after months of waiting the insurance company rejected the request.

Not having enough funds ourselves, our parish community are seeking help from you – those who are not indifferent, to every human heart to respond to our parish misfortune and help by donating as much as you can.

Today in the age when materialism and inertia is creeping into our lives, we believe that there are generous and sympathetic people out there. A donation can be given by absolutely anyone regardless of their income, age or life circumstances.
