Emergency Pulpitis Root Canal

I've been experiencing major tooth pain for the past week. I wasn't able to see a dentist with our insurance (unless I wanted to wait months from now), but got lucky enough to contact a college dentist who was able to take a look.
They examined my mouth and determined that I'm suffering from pulpitis in my lower back-right molar. They wanted to see me the next day for a root canal, but fun twist - even with our insurance, it's $1800+ dollars out-of-pocket.
I don't have any way to pay for all of that so suddenly, and they don't offer monthly payments.
I'm hoping that I can combine any donations with anything my spouse is able to save from their next few paychecks, but from the sound of it, this could only get worse (and hurt more).
Anything you're able to contribute is really appreciated. The photo I've included is the bill itself, and I've set the amount at $2000 to cover the fees from GoFundMe's cut.
