Emergency Insulin Fund

I am a diabetic about to hit a crisis wall. I have struggled to juggle losing medicare for earning too much alongside my wife temporarily losing work in the same month and I just can't manage it in the time I've been allotted.

In June when my wife's health plan through her new work picks up, I should be fine. That leaves the interim month where I am uninsured and faced with the immense cost of insulin. A cost I simply can't cover at the end of a month where I have been the sole earner for this household.

A carton of my prescription lasts about three weeks with the dosages I am prescribed, each carton costing just over $400. If I can get through the next month I should be able to get back on my feet.

Any help would be appreciated in ways I couldn't possibly put into words.
