emergency housing fund for me and my roommate

We are an all-trans household consisting of 3 people (myself included) and 2 animals (1 cat 1 dog) that are at risk of getting evicted. Our plan is to be out by January 1st so that we don't have to be here for when the eviction moratorium ends. We are hoping to raise enough money for us to get a new apartment together ASAP without going completely broke, so that we can still afford food and healthcare and other needs after we move. All of us are disabled or neuroatypical in some way and could really use the extra support if you can spare it.
