Emergency Housing Expenses Needed

My twin sister and I are disabled musicians in Austin who have run into a bit of a crisis situation regarding our apartment and are in need of financial assistance. My sister and I currently are on fixed income, permanently disabled and unable to work. With being wheelchairs and having additional medical conditions, we physically are unable to move without help.
We have from now until March 31st to find another apartment, or raise funds to stay in our current apartment a little longer.
We are hoping to stay here longer, or possibly even a year if enough funds are raised, which would give us much needed time to apply for special programs that assist disabled persons with housing. This usually takes a while and waiting lists can be 2-7 years to be accepted in to, depending on availability.
Rent and bills are high and makes it difficult with a fixed income leaving little at the end of the month for anything else. Currently Rent & water cost $1041 (which will increase in April), Electric bill runs $50-150 monthly, cable/wifi bill runs $120 monthly , phone bill runs $110 monthly, insurance is $17 month which adds up to a lot.
We are mainly focused on raising money for rent, of which a 3rd roommate would typically be paying per month. Roommates are hard to find and we worry about being taken advantage of due to having disabilities.
Most likely we will have to move and that too requires funds. Without access to funds, we are on the edge of not having a way to afford our apartment just us two for long.
If anyone knows of resources for people with Deafblindness or multiple disabilities, housing assistance, please feel free to share ideas or information.
I also am doing my part, daily, by checking around the Austin area for services, trying to locate caseworkers and agencies who can help. Right now, we are unsure of when help
may come through, and from where. This is a very anxiety provoking situation for sure. Trying to stay positive and work as hard as I can to get services started. So far it doesn’t look like services will be established in the remaining time we have on this current lease.
Any contribution would be greatly appreciated.
