Hi everyone. My name is Ava and I’m reaching out because my cat Biscuit is having a serious medical emergency and needs urgent treatment.

Last year, Biscuit had a urethral blockage/obstruction, which is life-threatening in male cats. He had to be catheterized and flushed out at the hospital. Thankfully, he made it through, but since then, he has needed to be on a prescription diet, and we've done everything we can to prevent it from happening again.

Unfortunately, recently Biscuit has been showing the same signs of another blockage, and this can become dangerous really quickly if he doesn’t get the initial treatment for it. My family is doing everything we can, but the cost of the emergency care is something we’re struggling to cover right now.

I never imagined making something like this, but this cat is a huge part of our life and I want to get him the help he needs. He’s the sweetest boy, still so young, and has so much life ahead of him.
