EMERGENCY FUNDS FOR A SENIOR ADULT!

Hi! My name is Dan Rhoten. I am a retired vocal music teacher, having taught 30 years in St Louis. I have also assisted in several local churches in the area of music and Word ministry. This past August, I became extremely ill from COVID and pneumonia. I was down six weeks during which time my house proved too much to take care of. In the midst of this, I developed blood clots in my right leg. I was hospitalized and then had to spend three weeks in a rehabilitation center to regain my strength. After discussing with my family, we decided that I should secure an apartment in an Independent Living Facility. There are many fees associated with moving into a facility such as entrance fee, moving expenses, and the purchase of medical devices needed. I hated to do so but out of desperation, I created this GoFundMe page. Several friends rose tho the occasion and began helping. I appreciate the funding very much but still find myself about $700 short of paying for every thing. If you could find it in your heart to help me reach my goal, .I would be so eternally grateful.
