Hello I am starting this fundraiser to assist a local dog in need. Joker is heading to University of Pennsylvania with neurological symptoms. His dear owner is a person we all know and love that runs a non-profit After the Races to assist horses after their racing careers are over.
Well she’s not the type to ask for help but she deserves it.
