Emergency Fund for Expenses, Bills

I am desperately in need of funds to continue my care of my significant other, Jim Moniot. He has a spinal injury that has resulted in pain that I cannot possibly imagine and paralysis from the chest down. He is being transferred to a hospital in New Orleans, which is at least a 1 1/2-hour drive. The gas and expenses of making that trip frequently are great, plus I'm so worried about my car's tires being bald and really need new ones at least on the front.

As many of you know, I lost my job in May because I had to miss work so much with Jim's frequent emergency hospital stays. I've been on Unemployment, but that has run out. I've applied for Disability and can't be working while that process is going on. My rheumatoid arthritis, scoliosis, and nerve impingement are severe.

Frankly, I've exhausted all my cash and have nowhere to turn. I've got to take care of him, myself, and our furbabies. And hopefully not lose my house, car, electricity, phone, etc. in the process. 

Please, I need help right now. This will help give me fewer things to be completely freaked out about. Thank you and I love you all.
