Emergency First and Last Months Rent Needed

Our family of 3 is in desperate need of help. We are currently living in an Airbnb and have been approved by the City of Toronto Rent Bank to cover first and last. We have already secured our new place and signed a lease however the Rent Bank has stated that due to Covid-19 they are weeks behind in processing and getting the cheques to landlords. We are due to move on Jan 12, 2021 however without this money we will be on the streets. The landlords require the money in order to secure the lease. Please help if you can!
