Emergency emergency power needs to be cut off

Energy assistance paid the majority of our bill but the electricity will not come on until the remaining balance which is $1,800 + some odd dollars is paid and hopefully everyone can come together and take care of it in the meantime any donations would be really appreciated thank you so much
