Emergency Brain Surgery for Sammy

My best friends name is Samantha Bruce and she currently needs all the help she can get.
Sam is a normal college student. She goes to NHTI and will hopefully still graduate in May of 2018 with an Associates in Travel and Tourism. She works over 40 hours a week at her job. She is a hard-working woman who does everything she can for the people around her. She goes above and beyond with everything she does in life.
The unthinkable has happened. After being sick with what was thought to be the flu amplified into discovering Sam had a blood clot in her brain that was causing her terrible head aches and was why she was extremely sick the prior three days. She was rushed from Concord Hospital to Massachusetts General Hospital to receive emergency brain surgery to unblock her artery in her brain, so she could live. Now that the surgery has been completed it went wonderful however we are now discovering that she is still having problems. She lost her motor skills on the left side of her body and vision in her left eye as well as having mini strokes. This surgery took place 2/15/18.
An update to her condition as of 2/17/18 she regained some movement to her left side of the body and hopefully as the swelling goes down she will continue to fight through this and be back to her normal self.
Here begins the new problem, Sam's insurance may not cover the procedure and even if it does there will still be a large deductible that will have to be paid.
Your donation will be put towards all bills that will be coming her way in the very near future.
If you cannot help by donating money than the next best thing would be to contact her mother and father and make time to go see her in the hospital, she needs the support of the people around her that believe in her that she can do this.
