help with medical cost

My nephew is just 15 and has diagnosed with a massive brain tumor. Our family is struggling to make ends meet. He is a great child. Active member of our church. Loves playing sports. Doctors say its inoperable and we could use all the help we can get to prepare for whatever is Gods plan. Thank you so much and may God bless you..
