Every day I waver between hope and fear. Hope that I'll find someone to stand by me, and fear that my dream will remain hanging without support.

I'm not asking for luxury, nor anything extra…

My name is Omar Villalpando, a photographer and DJ based in Sacramento, CA. I’m raising funds for my friend Eman Abu Rida, a 19-year-old living in Gaza, whose life has been shattered by war.
Eman’s Story (in her own words)
*"Hello, I'm Eman from Gaza. I have a sister and a brother. I spent most of my childhood and youth amidst wars. I had big dreams and ambitions, but the conflict destroyed them. I was about to finish school and pursue my dreams, but the war stopped everything. My sister was also close to finishing university, but her dreams were cut short.
We were forced to leave our home in Rafah, move to Khan Younis, and now we live in a tent in Abasan. Everything we worked for was destroyed—the house my dad built, our memories, our sense of security.
I humbly ask for your help. Your donations will help my family survive in the short term and rebuild our lives in Gaza, including finding a home and continuing our education. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."*
