Maria is Superwoman: she has five kids and is working two jobs while working towards another degree. Recently she was diagnosed with breast cancer. One surgery has already taken place and another may be needed. Chemo will be needed as well. Unpaid time from work along with medical expenses have been a concern for Maria. 

Maria has participated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and is a very kind and compationate person.
