Help us put him to rest.

With heavy hearts me and his family would like to ask for help in laying eric to rest. After talking everything over with family and friends a go fund me was the way we thought we should go with this. we were back and forth with the idea but more expenses came up and we have to have Eric's body brought back to his home town along with travel and expense for us all his father and other family. Eric was taken from us to soon on july 25th 2021 his 41st birthday. In a fatal shooting.he left behind myself and his 4 step children, his daughter, his father ,mother ,brother ,and sister and tons of other family and friends. It's all still so surreal for us and we are asking for the help of everyone to make this time for us alittle easier. If u could help that would be greatly appreciated but if u can't the love support and prayers for us all durning this time is just as appreciated. Eric was a honest loving careing man with demons of his own he faced in his life. But everyone the knew him knew that it did not define who he was. Eric was the first to help in any and every situation. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.he was a hard worker and a great provider, and friend to many. He will be truly missed in this world but we know hes here looking down on all of us. I know that since the story aired there had been alot of negative comment and assumptions and please at this time me and his family dont need anymore negative. we are trying to remeber the good times with him not all the mistakes that were made along the way. We are trying to celebrate his life and find happiness in this tragedy. Because that's what he would have wanted us to do. He wouldnt want us to be sad for him but for us to remeber him as he was. A good loving man and remeber all the good he did and he was .
