I'm Ervin Elzie and I am (now: was) a full-time photographer and journalist working out of the city of Atlanta, GA. I'm 27 as of September 2021, and photography has been my line of work for 15+ years. My Rav4 was broken into (bashed window) during an employee Christmas Party/Gift Exchange I was attending for Prevail Union, in Mid-Town Atlanta (between 4-4:30, discovered 5:55PM).

 

 

I'm devastated someone would go out of their way to put someone out of their line of work. Photography is a labor of love that allowed me a new life when I began years ago. I've traveled to almost every state in the U.S., met many wonderful people, and receive opportunities that I never would have dreamed of (IE: Meeting and Shooting Alicia Keys for starters). All of this wouldn't have been possible if I wasn't passionate about what I do, and how I did it.

 

 

 

Rebuilding and moving on would be the better option. It's hard, it'll be hard, and it's always been hard.
