Elvis,Who has Luxating patella and Arthritis

Elvis is a rescue pup from the Middle East, Was either we had him or his fate was sealed at just 7 wks. We have never had a wolf mix, we have two older children and wasn’t sure about how he would grow up to be. We couldn’t bare the thought of him being euthanized ,so here he is at 11mths, We’ve been through some behavior issues with loud bangs noises surprises,Now he’s just a love bug..he is so loving, waits for our son to get off the school bus, gives high fives, licks you to an inch haha he is amazing!!! Unfortunately Elvis Was popping his leg when he ran,it would pop when he laid ,jumped ,then both legs popped out,He would scream so loud ,It makes you shake, I called numerous vets and finally found one to accept him,Elvis has Luxating patella ,and arthritis has spread to his hips,He needs surgery ASAP, with a daughter in college and this pandemic it’s taken up our savings,We currently have Elvis on pain and anti inflammatory meds, joint supplements and we got braces that’s didn’t work.
We just want him to be happy and not in pain, he has been through a lot in such a short time.
