Elvis's Funeral Service

I am setting up this GoFundMe account for my Uncle Merrick or as many of us knew him as Elvis. My uncle Elvis passed away suddenly on Tuesday morning 12/26/17, at 12p.m., from cardiac arrest. 

 I would like to tell you about this incredible man, who was loved by so many. Elvis came to America from Jamaica in '86 along with his parents and youngest sister. He was a great person and a very funny man. Every time anyone would speak to him, you'll be sure to get a few laughs out of the conversation. He was a people's person and never had a problem making friends. He loved to share stories about the places he had been to and the people that he met. He used his life to touch people from coast to coast as a truck driver. His goal was to travel and provide for his family.  He also cared about his family a lot and was always there to check up on them.  

Elvis was a great father, son, brother, uncle, nephew,  cousin and friend. He left behind 5 amazing children and 2 beautiful grandchildren whom he loved very much. 

I am asking for any help on the behalf of his children and the rest of my family.  Please find it in your heart to help out in any way possible. All help is greatly appreciated for our family. This is a tragedy for us because he was just with us Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and the next day he passed so suddenly. We would like to give my uncle the burial he deserves as soon as possible. All funds will be going towards service/wake, gatherings, and other funeral expenses.

We appreciate all the help in advance and as soon as we have the funeral information, I will add it here for those who may want to pay their final respects to an amazing person. I never imagined that we lose such an important member of our family so soon. This is one of the hardest things we have ever had to endure.
