Ellie Stylianou’s memorial fund

On 6th March 2024, Ellie Stylianou passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. She was a beautiful, loving and caring sister, daughter, auntie, friend and so much more. She was a beloved member of the community, and her loss has left a profound void in our hearts. Ellie touched the lives of so many with her kindness, humour, and generosity and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Ellie was my next door neighbour. I knew her her whole life. We grew up together. We spent every day chatting over the fence, every weekend running around each other’s houses and every summer chilling in the garden or going on holidays to the coast. We shared so many happy memories.

She dedicated her life to helping people. She worked as a detective in the MET police and supported her friends and family with anything they needed. Nothing was ever too much.

Over the next year, I will be completing various challenges to raise money for Ellie’s family. The first of which will be on 2nd April, where I will be completing the Yorkshire 3 Peak Challenge. A 24.5 mile circular route ascending and desending Pen-y-ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside within a 12 hour limit. This will be followed later in the year with the national 3 Peak Challenge. Climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within a 24 hour period.

Your donations will go directly towards covering the costs of the headstone and memorial service honouring Ellie’s memory.

No one ever expects to have to bury their child and your support during this difficult time means more than words can express. The family will be profoundly grateful for your kindness, love, and support during this challenging time. Together, we can honor Ellie’s memory and provide comfort to those who mourn her loss.
